Friday Favorites For Memorial Day Weekend!

Here we are again with another Friday Favorites!

 I think these are my favorite type of blogposts. They're fresh, new, & fun to put together. All week I think about little things I'm doing or using so I can share them all with you! It's something I really look forward to each week.

This week was a blur. A flash of working late, cleaning, writing, and sleep. So boring. lol. I've been very impatiently waiting for this 3 and half day Memorial Day Weekend for far too long. I'm off work starting tomorrow at 1pm and I'm going to be running out the door before anyone can stop me. Not this time, I desperately need some time off. 

But first...This week's Friday Favorites:

1. Loft Plus

 Where have you been all my life?!?!

A few months ago Loft introduced a Plus Size Line and it's seriously amazing. I love Torrid, but I find a lot of Torrid clothes are not work appropiate. Loft Plus is definitely a step up in the classy business casual office wear AND the clothes are so cute you easily go Day to Night in most things. 

The only two drawbacks is that the majority of the Plus Size Clothes are Online Only so you have to estimate your size and some the pretty things are more expensive. BUT luckily Loft is having a 40% off sale this weekend and I think I have to buy that green dress. It's too cute!! 

2. Olay Daily Facial Wipes

Again...Where have you been all my life? 

I think I might have a game changer for my lack there of skin care routine. I wear makeup daily and I always feel like my face is dirty, oily and shiny. I've been using these towelettes all week - They had an Ibotta rebate from Shop Rite - and they are actually gentle enough NOT to hurt your eyes while taking off your makeup. I mean seriously, even the miscellar water I use sometimes burns your eyes, but this product is awesome!! 

Also, it's a dry towelette you rinse with water to activate. No uneven dollops of cleansers that you have to lather or wet your face first etc...It's does the job for me and very well. I will definitely be buying this again. 

3. Solo - A Star Wars Story

I will always be a fan girl to multiple fandoms all across the board. Star Wars is one of my all time favorite fandoms. I don't care if it's bad, I have to see it!! I'm going to go in with an open mind and hope for the best! Hopefully Disney hasn't nosedived this franchise. 

4. The Handmaiden's Tale

This week's episode gave me chills. I'm not going to give away the end but I will say that every character is tempted, torn, and holy crap gets a slap in the face of the depth of the reality they live in.

The acting in this show is insane. Everyone is so in character I can't imagine the down time between takes. If you don't have Hulu, buy season 1 now. It's unlike anything on TV now. I can't wait until next Wednesday for the next episode!

5. Ibotta Additional Rewards this weekend!

I'm slightly obsessed with this app. I use it for almost everything. There are so many stores, and bonuses and the money making items are products I would actually buy. Cha-Ching. This week alone there is about $20 in extra bonuses for doing exactly what I was going to do anyway. It's a win-win.
