I know Wednesday & Thursdays are the usual confession post days for bloggers but I have to confess something else today. On March 3rd, 2016 I took down the last of my Christmas decorations.

*Hanging my head down in shame*

I had taken down my tree quickly after New Years but there was a Seasons Greeting Santa still up on the wall and a few mini trees still hanging around. Finally they are taken down and put away to get ready for the Easter bunny explosion!! Even though Easter is creeping up fast like super fast I'm still going to try and get into the spirit of things. =) At least pick some cute kitchen towels and the ceramic bunnies! =)

DIY Poster Hanger - A Beautiful Mess
Blooming Monogram DIY - LuLu's

This weekend is going to be slow - possibly try out a few DIY's to spruce up the place! I just love the poster hanger DIY! It would look great where the Santa was hanging!

I'm hoping to make some stuffed shells too because every year near Easter Ricotta is super cheap!! Stuffed shells is one of my special dishes that I can't make all the time but when I do it makes me happy and Craig too! Also it makes a lot so we'll have dinner for at least 2 nights! =)

Tomorrow I have a ladies' night with my in-laws! The holidays seem so long ago so I'm looking forward to spending some time with my mother-in-law and newly extended family. One of the cousins has a baby girl on the way so I'm eager to hear more about it!! =)

Tonight we're going to get a little snow but hopefully the daffodils will soon start to pop up! That's my favorite part of the March...seeing those random flowers that couldn't wait to bloom! =)

Have a great weekend!!
